Executive Leadership Training

Great outcomes do not happen by accident. Our six-step process ensures every engagement is purposeful, personalised and designed for measurable, lasting impact on your leadership capability.

How we work with you

From the moment you reach out to the final impact review, here is exactly what to expect at each stage of your journey with us.

Discovery conversation

Everything begins with a confidential, no-obligation conversation. We listen carefully to understand your context: the leadership challenges you are facing, the outcomes you are seeking and the constraints — budget, timeline, organisational politics — that shape what is possible. This call typically lasts forty-five minutes to an hour and is conducted by one of our senior facilitators, not a salesperson.

By the end of this conversation we will have a clear picture of whether we are the right fit for your needs. If we are not, we will say so honestly and, where possible, recommend an alternative provider. Candour is one of our core values and it starts from the very first interaction.

Diagnostic and design

Once we agree to work together, we invest time in thorough diagnosis. This may include stakeholder interviews, psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, team health surveys or a review of existing engagement data. The goal is to move beyond surface-level symptoms and understand the root causes of the leadership challenges at hand.

Based on what we learn, we design a programme or coaching plan that is tailored specifically to your situation. We present this as a detailed proposal including objectives, methodology, timeline, facilitator profiles and investment. You have the opportunity to shape and refine the design before anything is finalised — this is a collaborative process, not a take-it-or-leave-it pitch.

Participant preparation

We believe that how participants arrive at a programme matters as much as what happens during it. Before any workshop, intensive or coaching engagement begins, we invest in preparing the people involved. This might include pre-reading materials, reflective journaling prompts, short self-assessment questionnaires or brief one-to-one orientation calls.

Preparation serves two purposes: it ensures participants arrive with the right mindset and expectations, and it gives our facilitators valuable insight into the group dynamics, experience levels and individual development priorities they will be working with.

Immersive delivery

This is where the real work happens. Whether we are running a two-day strategic vision workshop, a three-day team alignment intensive or a series of coaching sessions, our delivery is characterised by high engagement, psychological safety and practical application. We use a blend of facilitated dialogue, experiential exercises, case studies drawn from real business scenarios and structured reflection.

Our facilitators are skilled at reading the room and adapting in real time. If a particular exercise surfaces an unexpected but important issue, we have the flexibility and expertise to adjust the agenda and follow the energy of the group. Rigid adherence to a slide deck is not our style.

Embedding and follow-up

Research consistently shows that the majority of learning from training programmes is lost within weeks if there is no structured follow-up. We take this seriously. Every engagement includes a post-programme embedding phase designed to help participants translate insights into sustained behavioural change.

Depending on the programme, this may include follow-up coaching sessions, peer learning circles, action learning sets, digital nudge campaigns or quarterly review workshops. We also provide managers and sponsors with guidance on how to support participants as they apply new approaches in their day-to-day leadership.

Impact measurement

We are committed to demonstrating the value of our work in concrete terms. At the conclusion of every engagement, we conduct a structured impact review that assesses changes in leadership behaviour, team dynamics and, where possible, business outcomes. We use a combination of qualitative interviews, quantitative surveys and comparison against the baseline data gathered during the diagnostic phase.

The resulting impact report is shared with the programme sponsor and serves as a foundation for any future development work. Many of our longest client relationships have grown from this cycle of diagnosis, delivery, measurement and refinement repeated over multiple years.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective clients.

The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the engagement. A straightforward coaching assignment can begin within two to three weeks of the discovery conversation. A bespoke multi-module programme for a large organisation typically requires eight to twelve weeks of design and preparation before the first session. We always work to your timeline and will tell you upfront if a deadline is unrealistic.

Yes. Our strategic vision workshops and executive coaching sessions are available in fully virtual formats using high-quality video conferencing platforms. Team alignment intensives work best with at least some in-person time, but we offer hybrid options that combine a shorter face-to-face component with virtual follow-up sessions. We have refined our virtual delivery methodology extensively and are confident it delivers comparable impact to in-person work.

Leadership challenges are remarkably consistent across sectors. We have worked with clients in financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, professional services, higher education and the public sector. Our facilitators bring cross-industry perspective that often proves more valuable than deep sector-specific knowledge, though we always invest in understanding your industry context during the diagnostic phase.

We use the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation framework as a foundation: participant reaction, learning acquisition, behaviour change and business results. For coaching engagements, we also track progress against individually defined development goals. Where possible, we link our work to measurable business metrics such as employee engagement scores, retention rates, promotion readiness or revenue growth. We are transparent about what can and cannot be attributed directly to a training intervention.

We price our work on a per-engagement basis rather than using a standard rate card, because every programme is different. After the discovery conversation and diagnostic phase, we provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing and no hidden costs. We are happy to work within budget constraints and can often suggest creative ways to deliver maximum impact within a fixed investment.

Our commitment to you

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If at any point during the first day of a workshop or the first two coaching sessions you feel the engagement is not meeting your expectations, we will pause, recalibrate and, if necessary, refund your investment in full. We have never had to invoke this guarantee, but it exists because we believe you should feel completely confident in your decision to work with us.

Our reputation is built on trust, and trust is earned through consistently delivering on our promises. That is why more than eighty per cent of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
